Always friendly staff more than willing to help. Every experience in this store has been a good one. They are doing a fabulous job keeping the staff happy and it shows in their quality of.service, and how happy the staff is.

I bought $40 bucks worth of paint supplies when I tried to grab half a dozen free stir sticks that are available by the handful with no questions asked at your largest competitor and my local building supply was told I couldn't take any as I hadn't bought paint! Fine, I'll make a point of spending my $ elsewhere

Our experiences at this store very from decent too shady they will occasionally follow you around the store too making you feel incredibly uncomfortable for even being there. Even after making numerous purchases the least they could do is show the customer some respect. Better off going to Canadian tire, at least you will be treated better and even better service.

Waited for 45 minutes in the store to enquire about some sliding closet doors on sale..left.decided these would in fact work after measuring the space, so called the store back after 7 minutes of voice ads the same woman answeres and i gave her the name of the doors and the bar code. I wanted to pay for them using my HD card. She explained she'd call me right back when she finishes with the current customer. 2 1/2 hours later I call again..this time a young man says ..yes o have the information. I have to run and get them and I'll call you right back.. I wait a further 1 1/2 hours again and call back only to find the store is now closed. Really?? Terrible service..

Have had good experiences at this location. The staff are fairly friendly and eager to help in most cases. One thing I find about Home Depot is the staff rarely want to "match wits" like the Home Hardware type places...they just make an effort to help. I buy everything I need for home renos here.
