Lots of variety in a small store. Great and personal service. I would definitely recommend this store

Went in looking for what turned out to be a '3-way (not a sexual reference) Turn Knob, Mogul Switch with Hickey' (again not a sexual reference) - handed old one to Joanne - said I was giving her "...maybe a 10% chance" - walked out 5 minutes later with requested item. Nicely done - customer hint - also turned out I needed a new bulb - didn't think to ask and Joanne would have had another sale if she had asked. Nice experience - thank you. don from Calgary

I have nothing but accolades for Sundial Lighting. The excellent welcoming well trained knowledgeable staff are more than friendly... They are so willing to go that extra mile to help their customers. The owner Rod only adds to this amazing atmosphere to make it the only Lighting Shop I ever want to shop at. Seriously you can even be lighting illiterate and they will take the time to make sure you understand and take home the right parts to repair your lamps or fixtures plus stock every bulb or lamp shade a person might need. I refer friends and family to Sundial Lighting every chance I get...Beautiful Store.. Items to fit in every person's budget..

STAY AWAY!!!! Took 7 weeks to get our lights, called on the 6th week to see what was going on. Turns out there supplier out east was waiting on a shipment from China and it would be another 8 weeks. They managed to figure something out and got the lights there in about a week. Called us on Wednesday that they were in but we were heading out of town. Wife went in to pick them up on Monday and the owner started screaming at her that they had been in for over a week and they went to all this trouble to get them here sooner. The guy has 0 respect for his customers save yourself the wait and from being berated, shop somewhere else!

Great selection too bad the manager sucks. Asked about the price of two items that were the same ... one with a price tag of $219 the other $239 ... was told well "the price is actually $269 but we'll do the $239 price" .... ummm the price tag reads $239 so don't act like your doing me a favor !!! As for the $219 priced item ... was told it's old stock and should actually read $239. Hey here's a tip ... if your stock is supposed to be a certain price ... then just label it as such don't treat your customers like idiots and expect us to believe you're marking your items accidentally too low. Lost my business today ... walked in wanting to buy, left determined never to shop there and do my best to recommend others go elsewhere.
