Fantastic customer service. Staff went way out of their way finding replacement part and helped repair a ceiling lamp I'd bought a couple of years back that had gotten damaged. A big thanks.

Love this place. Helpful and friendly people and a great showroom. Lots of selection and good prices. One of my go-to lighting places.

Advertised a clearance sale. Prices were not anywhere close to a clearance price. That being said good stock and nice staff

Decent selection. With customer service it's mix. Been there few times. There was once someone asked I needed help and went all 9 miles to help us. And then another time staffs were just talking at the counter.

Went up to the counter to ask for a type of track light. Waited 10+ minutes while the skinny teenager behind the counter helped the guy ahead of me. After he finished, the boy started helping someone who came up and helped someone who was waiting for 30seconds. A older, short, pudgy guy came up and said 'can I help you?'. I said yes and explained why I was looking for, he then left on an errand for another customer - why did he ask me if he wasn't available? I followed him and let him know how long I had been waiting and what had happened; he said, indifferently, 'weird, huh'. What a little prick. A third staff member didn't know what I was talking about, saying they didn't have what I was looking for - turned out they did have it, but I wasn't going to buy from them at this point. The short fat guy, who I think was the manager, was a complete ass about the whole thing.
