The good: If you are boating in and are in need of anything they probably have it. The bad: prices are pretty high but I would imagine it has to do with getting anything delivered to the island. I see a lot of poor reviews dealing with the staff. We had a couple of positive brief interactions with staff.

Rudest woman i've ever experienced. Was casually looking around the top floor ( Bed Bath Homeward) and was immediately insulted by the cashier for being a young person in the store. extremely offended and will never return again.

i went to the customer service to ask a question about my purchase and i have never experienced someone sooooo damn rude in customer service in my life. This wrench was deliberately rude to me and the people i was with. She wanted to come across annoyed by us and she wanted us to know it. i made sure she knew i wasn’t pleased by the way she acted. When we were later walking around the store, two employees came over to us to apologize for her behaviour and that this sort of thing happens many times with her and customers.......umm excuse me, but why the HELL is she still working there than! GET RID OF THAT LADY cause i have no problem spreading word.... clearly! it’s bad business

The home and housewares section downstairs is nice--along with the people that work there; they are helpful. The hardware section is just the opposite; little help, and can be quite arrogant and just plain snotty. There are other options on the island--go there instead.

The prices are way to high to start, on most stuff in the place. But, the one star is for the Parking Lot Nazi who accosts anyone who dares to park in Mouats Parking on Rainbow Rd. Big city rudeness on a small island.
