Can’t rate these guys low enough. Just waited 1/2 hour in line because they only had one cashier on duty. Then the manager couldn’t figure out how to price nails by the pound. Wanted to charge $160 for $1 worth of nails. Will never shop at Roma again after such poor treatment. Lost a customer for life!

This is a good neighborhood building center here in North Vancouver. Many years ago I worked for my father in his building supply, in North Kamloops. Stacking two by four's in sub-zero winters is one of my favorite memories. The intense work left me breathing out steam and kept me warm. I love hard work and being outside. These days this facility is pretty much enclosed and is a drive through facility. I came for gardening supplies today. I am aware of the coming fall prices which will be soaring as supplies dwindle. Growing my own food will be an adventure. Buy a chest freezer now while the prices are cheap. Stock it now but do not use it until November. This will last for three months minimum. Shop online after November for everything. Blessings!

Store does not subscribe to Scanning Code of Practice. Overcharged today for item: till price 15% higher than shelf price (and online price). No Code, no remedy. Store has no consequence for laziness or inefficiency about updating shelf prices. Employee said it just went up in price ( like he knew off the top of his head). This store also has a draconian return policy. Otherwise, a good enough store, just not customer friendly. . I prefer to shop elsewhere because of its headstrong policies but find it very convenient for lumber purchases.
