As a contractor, I go to this location at least three times a week. They have everything and they point me in the right direction. I’m so happy with the staff working on the drive through which I mostly buying lumbers from them. Also I would like to say a big thanks to Tattiana. She is always so helpful, with smile and trying to give positive energy to the customers. Really suggesting this location🙏

This place has been great to go to for us while renovating. 1. Popcorn by donation which for some reason is made really well right at the front door. 2. Friendly staff, specifically the Australian guy who has been really great with trying to entertain our toddler while helping us find stuff. (Sorry i didn't catch your name!) 3. The person who decorated the Christmas section gets a gold star, you could set up windows at The Bay and my kid loves running around your display. Look forward to shopping here again.

Been here a number of times because it's close to a few of our work sites. Selection is okay but the staff could not be less enthused to help you. I have asked employees if they could help me find something and they reply "I can't help you" or "I don't know" without even the slightest amount of effort to help you find what you're looking for. Would not recommend, go elsewhere if you have the option.

It's my own fault for going back here. If you know what you want and where it is that's fine. But if you need to find an item, good luck finding service. If you find service, good luck finding it helpful. I had a key cutting guy look me square in the eye after ignoring me for 10 min and say "I'm too busy. Try home depot or canadian tire because you are going to be waiting a while here". There was no one in front of me. He was organizing letters on the desk. It's a convenient spot. That's it. That's all.
