Customer service nonexistent. How can anyone who has actually been to this store give it 5 stars!? EDIT: a year later...the service is now better and prices can be good. I’m upping my rating to 3.

Went in looking for hardware for a non standard door. Jim at the customer service desk was a great help. They had some of the rare hardware I needed but was very helpful to give me some info on where I can find the rest and even cut me a deal on the stuff they did have. Cashier was friendly. Let's be honest. Salmon arm isn't that big for these stores to justify a half million sq.ft. warehouse so their selection seemed better than other stores in town.

Was looking for a specific light bulb and a service person by the name of John went the extra mile by providing assurance it would be available for us. Only place in town to handle my problem.

The store is clean and bright, seems somewhat organized. The staff that I dealt with were all eager to help. The selection and prices are why this place only rates a 3. Their garden centre is over priced and under stocked. The parking is good, and it's nice that you can pull your car or truck in and grab heavy items from the yard.

Items in stock and good customer service.
