Always treated well here. Good variety of products. Good prices. Staff are very helpful and patient. I like that during the warm weather they often have local charities and non profit groups out front barbequing or selling goodies. Love to sell locally owned businesses giving back to the community.

Rona has the worst customer service ever. I went and was looking at cabinet for colors and they wont even allow you take home a sample to make sure you like it. There was no offer of a deposit or anything. just a blanket "No". They just lost a large sale and future sales from us.

Rona in Penticton is an excellent place for shopping. They have a very good stock of stuff that I need. And just this morning Brian in the electrical department help me out with a Exchange without receipt. I find all the staff very helpful and some of them such as Brian are exceptional. Good work guys
