When my mother-in-law moved, she wanted a new couch. I booked her an appointment with one of the talented interior designers that work at Portfolio. With kindness and patience, Deborah helped my mother-in-law pick out the perfect couch to suit her new space. As such, her experience with Portfolio Interiors has been second to none. Such a great store that focuses on service first. I also appreciate that the furniture sold is Canadian made and that the prices are fair to begin with- no need for big sales or gimmicky marketing. Thanks, Portfolio!

I have to say, that even though we didn't end up buying our sofa here...It was our absolute top choice for a number of reasons. The only reason we grudgingly went elsewhere was because we found a deal that was simply unbeatable. It was a very difficult decision. The prices were very fair, and they have some unique, quality, and modern furniture. The staff who helped us (Claire), was genuinely interested in finding us the right thing. No smoke and mirrors. A true beauty and a very good salesperson. I have worked in sales before and this young lady was very impressive to watch in action. Honestly, top notch all around, and I won't hesitate to go back here.

This is my first ever review of a business, but I feel so duped and that I had to write my contrarian view. After reading the other reviews here I went into Portfolio to look at purchasing furniture. I picked out a really nice coffee, end table and bench for my living room. The salesperson gave me an offer of a 15% discount, and went into a spiel as to the reason why they could offer it at such a great price. In the meantime, while visiting another store in town, less than a block away, I came across the same line of furniture so for kicks I asked for a quote. I was blown away to find that their regular price was several hundred dollars less than Portfolio's 'sale' price. Highly recommend doing your homework when dealing with Portfolio. Double check their prices - don't assume they are fair as the other poster suggested. In the end, my furniture story has a happy ending - we purchased our living room furniture for less elsewhere, and we also found an amazing dining room table, but we work hard for our money, and I am really disappointed that a local store would play that game.

This store is fantastic. We have purchased multiple items in the last year from living and bedroom furniture to artwork. Every time we leave we feel like we received fair value and that they considered our needs. This is a full line store with everything you could need including decorators on staff to help you with decisions that fit you and your style.

The decor options are quality and they have specialty items.
