Great staff and good selection. Like all big stores, it can be tough to get help when they get busy but I like shopping Canadian.

If going in and not needing help then an ok place, however if you need help go somewhere else. Once I went in to get some peg board and asked if it could be cut or if they had a smaller size the guy looks and says take it to the cutter, I asked if he could help me he looks and says " you look like a strong woman" and walks away. ( by the way I am a 130 lb senior)... the last time I was in the cashier never even acknowledged me , nor told me the amount only asked "how are you paying" ( and not very polite either) I asked her how much her answer was " information is on the receipt". Worst service and rudest staff, I have ever seen. ( saying that about a year ago I have had some very helpful people, they have probably moved on) I don't know how they even have costumers.

Rona is a great place I usually go there for lumber and plywood, just because it's close to me. Honestly the only issue I have with Rona is finding an employee to help you when you need it other than that great selection of products low wait times at tills, good stuff.

Great selection but god help you if you need assistance from someone. I am writing this as I wait to have wood cut. First off I had to track someone down who then paged aperently no one so I'm now going to find someone else to page someone again. It has been over 15 minutes, and now someone is finally here. The worst.

I give Rona a 3 star because of its great location and good selection of product. I give their paint department a 1 star ...they are underknowledged and understaffed. Always expect to wait minimum 20 minutes, even if it's just to shake a can of paint.
