Was not a good first time experience. Had a male employee ask me if I needed any help while my gf and I were looking at some tacky mugs. I said we were good as I like to look for my own stuff. We went on to look for what I came in for. The employee, I kid you not - followed us around everywhere. Even when I made wrong turns. Could not focus on what I was looking for with him staring at every corner. We left and went somewhere else for garden supplies. I don’t know if thought we were in there to steal. Maybe it was because we were both just off of work. And looked a bit grubby. Either way. Never going there again 👎🏻

Great & helpful staff. We were looking for flooring and they were more helpful than the other building supply stores. They took the time to actually explain different products.

Bercum Builders Inc has been working with Kelowna Home Hardware over the last two years. The staff are knowledgable and service is fantastic. We've worked with several building supply companies throughout the Okanagan, hard to beat Kelowna Home Hardware!

Extremely helpful in the paint department...I was looking for an exterior garage door paint and within seconds the options were shown to me, a custom color was made my paint coloured was stored in their system so if I ever need that paint again all I have to do is go to the store... and the paint was on sale.
