Thank goodness for Michael!!! Have searched all over town for some clean and easy way to connect my downspout to my rain barrels and this guy was the only one able to set me up a system to connect the two. Super helpful, easy-going and much appreciated!

Asked questions about how to measure GPM. The answers I got were rushed and the staff member was clearly not putting much effort in and became irritated. I took this as a sign they were busy so I went home and checked on YouTube which gave a much clearer answer. I called back and asked if the figure I got sounded correct and the staff member said at first that he though it should be higher and then said that maybe he was just getting his numbers mixed up. He offered no more help at which point I asked if I could speak to somebody else who knew or call another store at which point he told me that was my choice. I asked once again if he knew of someone who could help me and he didn't have an answer. I'm overall dissatisfied and going somewhere else. I've never met two people more disinterested in helping someone learn about a trade. Dissapointing.
