Excellent customer service. Attention to detail, even with complicated orders. Everything arrived earlier than expected and exactly as I had hoped. Bronx sofa is extremely comfortable. Looks comfortable, yet has clean lines. Levine area rug is thick and luxurious... feels nice under the feet. The Crosby tables look even better than I expected. Sturdy yet airy. Montana dining chairs are very comfortable for long evenings at the dinner table with family and friends. Overall, Urban Barn Kelowna is one of my favourite stores.

This store has so many amazing things and they have amazing staff as well. Always friendly and so helpful. I mentioned that I liked an item that was behind the check out as I was paying but I wasn’t sure if it would fit my room and she provided a product print out so I could go home and check my measurements. Now that is service! I will definitely shop here again.

I have many items from Urban Barn and I like the style and quality of these items. My rating is lower because I recently went in to pick up an item I had ordered and was treated rudely by the staff. I mentioned this to the manager who did not appear too interested in my feedback instead they defended the staff. Naturally this is poor customer service. I’ve always had great experiences with staff in the past so I will continue to shop there.
