If you need help, ask for Larry - he is helpful and will point you in the right direction - especially if you are doing some repairs around the house. Paint Lady is also helpful...but her name is hard to remember. Small store but filled with the essentials and more.....like odd souvenirs in case you are repairing your bathroom sink and need a souvenir to remember the lovely days spent in Parksville despite the fact that you live here.

Just purchased two things one was wrong so I returned it she charged me for both the old part and the new part kept the original receipt looked at me like I was retarded when I asked about the second item on the receipt she told me that was the return get home and check my online banking to find out I didn’t get the refund and was never given a copy of they original.... last time I was there the guy sold me some plumbing supplies that did not even come close to fitting luck I noticed it in the parking lot. I’ll just go to the one in qualicum for now on
