Its small, had great stagf but limited to building materials. Eg, lumber, some electrical, and paint.

Rona has excellent employees who are always happily helping you . No attitude just straight up good service ! If they ain't got it theyll get it there. It's worth going and seeing for yourself

The single most worst place to deal with. Prices are high, service is non existent and when you do get someone, their knowledge of building materials and uses is weak. Closed sundays?? Really?? Home hardware is the place to go, open every day and knowledgeable customer driven staff. This Rona Blows!

phoned saturday 6/9/2018 at9am to get price and availability on 1x6 tg was told you have stock and would phone back with price .went to your store at noon as we go to Osoyoos every saturday. waited as everyone was busy or at least i thought so the young lady was too busy talking about why your stock is different than other stores etc to a customer who was finished but still liked to talk.so i just left at no time was i acknowledged that i was there. I was in retail for 30 years and never let my customers enter my business without letting them know that i saw them and would be with them asap.So now when i need wood i will travel to penticton. thanks very disapointed
