Happy with the price of some LED fixtures I ordered. Service could improve by giving estimated time of arrival of back order on the confirmation email. That would save me a phone call to get eta. Thx

Excellent service! I am very grateful for the assistance they extended to me. I brought a 27+ yr old bathroom vent with busted motor. The guy took the time to dismantle the vent, which was extremely dusty bec I thought it was going to the garbage, and put together the new motor and fan into the old brace. Thank you Greg F (at least that is the name on the invoice) for the impressive service which surpasses any other supplies store.

They have an up to date online catalog with hard to find parts to repair all my appliances. Prices are great and the staff is friendly and helpful. If you are in the lower mainland, these guys should be your first call.

Ordered a part for my 22 year old furnace on Wednesday and it arrived Thursday the next day. Even though the manufacturer updated and changed the part number, their website clearly listed the replacement part I needed based on the model number of my furnace. I had forgot to order some heat resistant tubing and went to the local Richmond store. The two staff members were very friendly and helpful. They didn't have what I needed but again I was able to find it online and placed another order. I'm hoping this fixes my furnace problems but if it doesn't, I'll be sure to use AMRE supply to source my parts.

Only store that was open on Saturday that carried furnace hotplate ignitor. Was also reasonably priced.
