Is this a joke.? I don't think we came here on April 1st. If you want high quality and low prices don't come here. If you are a housewife and have a credit card under your husband's name and don't care about his finances then I recommend this place.

Great staff. They took their time with us. Very helpful in helping us make our decision.

My wife and I walked in (with 2 children) and were excited to see the RH Outlet store. We had a very odd experience though - they weren't happy to see us. Not one person talked to us the whole time we were there (for about 35 mins). We did get dirty looks from the staff though, so that was fun. It's important to note, our kids are very well behaved. During my 35 minutes in the store, I noticed other customers (without kids) were immediately greeted and helped. Looking past the snooty staff, I found the furniture way over priced for slightly damaged and frankly not the best quality furniture.

If you are in the market for a $10,000 couch, then you'll be happy to find deals here. This brand is well known for quality, so a bargain hunter can find some great items here. Still well above average prices though.

Love this store ! Excellent staff in store and they even wrap your item. Helpful people in warehouse to assist you with item into your vehicle. They are a 10!
