Friendly staff, fairly decent product throughout the store. But unbelievably slow at cash registers. It's packed yet they only have two open. Takes longer to pay than it does to shop. One of the main reasons I find myself going elsewhere. I had to return an item as it was defective out the box there was 4 people ahead of me it took 34 minutes to be served. Management really needs to step in and speed things up when it's busy.

I would give them 0/5 if I could. Terrible customer service. If you ever want to get an item price adjusted or price matched, you may as well save your time and money and just shop at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Rona doesn’t even follow their “store policy”.

Super disappointed in RONA. Was looking for a patio set and found a decent one at RONA. The employee said if we were to purchase today we get a min 15% with their scratch ticket promotion. I agree to purchase and they said they would have patio set ready for me as I had to drive home and change vehicles to pick it up with my truck. After I returned was told they can’t give promotion because patio set was on sale already. What a waste of time! Bring on Lowe’s

i was there on Sunday (May 6/2018) to purchase a patio set. ask for assistance at the customer service desk. the girl called someone however, no one came- waited about 45 mins. another woman (customer) who was slightly older then me, walked up to the same patio set i was looking at. then, an older gentleman employer walked over, looked right at me, then walked passed me to go speak to the woman (customer). he scanned the patio set and said to the woman (customer) that there was only one left and it was the floor model. not only did he totally ignore me for what i believe the reason to be is i look "young", the woman didnt once say i was standing there before her. i WILL never go back to this RONA. ive never heard good things about it and i now believe those things are true. and for that woman, way to be teaching your kids about manners.
