One of my favorite big box stores in the city. Very easy to get around and collect Air Miles here.

This is not the place for service. We were there for over an hour in the flooring department. We heard how one staff member was play arguing with another while the other said they weren't there at the time since they were on holidays. Then the other said she was going to break the others knee caps because they weren't listening to her story. These were not young kids. These were supposely adults in their 40s for sure who were at work. Then one walked by us only to get popcorn from the front of the store. We thought this must be holiday time, so we left our cart and walked out. It was funny that right before we had decided to leave a younger salesperson asked if we needed help, by that time it was too late. It was Thank you, we are good and good bye. That is sad service.

Popcorn was good. Drill bit I was looking for was way too expensive. Was looking for a 3/8 extra long multi purpose bit but they wanted 30 bucks for it.

Nice store for home improvement stuff but staff should be more alert to assist customers.

Dropped in just before closing to get a replacement part for my broken toilet. The staff were friendly and very helpful despite the time. Their help got me.the right.part in minimal time. Excellent Service!
