Went in a few days ago looking at lawn mowers. I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted but Terry came by and answered any questions I had, never making me feel like he was trying to sell me any in particular. I had my eye on the DeWalt 20V mower. I thought it over and looked online and elsewhere at pricing. Home Depot's price on the mower was the same as the prices on amazon and elsewhere. I returned to get the mower today. Terry recognized me right away and gave me amazing customer service, having it put on a kart, taken directly to check out (with me) and called for lot service, which arrived right away and loaded it carefully into my truck. Thank you to Terry in seasonal, and to the rest of the staff I dealt with today, all of who were happy to help in any way they could :) Great customer experience!

Fast, friendly and courteous service. Great staff. J.R. The Assistant Manager was very approachable, extremely helpful and seems to have the customers best interests and satisfaction in mind. Will definitely continue shopping here.

As much as one can rate a big box store, I give this one 5 stars due to the always helpful and friendly staff members at this location. It seems like no matter what time of day, or day of the week, the staff here seem to be in a good mood and willing to help. I've run in at 9:55 pm needing a part or tool and never feel like I'm being rushed out of the store. Whatever their criteria for hiring is, keep it up, the staff here are great.

I'm giving this rating to give thanks to your employee, Rod, for the help he gave to my great Aunt today. She came in to get materials to build a step for my grandmother (who has mobility problems) so that she can step out onto her balcony, as she loves to do, and which she has been unable to do yet this year. Rod not only helped her find what she needed, but built it for her to make her life easier. Our entire family is very grateful for the help he gave her today, most especially for going above and beyond what was expected. I do hope this gets back to him. Thanks Rod.
