We looked everywhere to find some sconces that would match the ones already in our living room. We finally found them here. Great price, fast and free shipping - we are happy. They were helpful on the phone when we were trying to decide about the purchase. Going back for some under-cabinet lights.

I decided not to deal with this company after reading the poor reviews. I was offered the lowest price on some lighting and even an extra 20% of as a new customer. There is no place in ordering to add that percentage code. Seemed shady so I did a bit of review digging. Didn't like what I read so will purchase from a more trusted company. "If it seems too good to be true....."

Don't you just love companies that ignore you AFTER the sale? We spent $850 on a light fixture that came with no basic installation instructions. I mean, it's only electricity. What could POSSIBLY go wrong? So we called sales who passed us on to customer service who passed us on to "technical support". You would have thought we were asking for information on how to wire the Space Shuttle. (Seriously, they seemed genuinely perplexed.) We called 12 times in one day with no answer. So we left a message. And then another one. No return call. That was two weeks ago. Makes me feel so warm and fuzzy. Or maybe that was me electrocuting myself. So here we have a WHOLE HOUSE that needs new lighting. Guess who we're NOT going to be doing business with in the future? Plus we'll likely share our experience on social media. Consumers have more choices than ever thanks to the Internet. This was their chance to gain a bunch more business and they failed miserably.

Be aware that if you at all install your light to see how it is going to look they will NOT return it! You have to do some digging to find this out but they are happy to boast "Risk'Free" shopping, no where in this risk free shopping do I see "unless you've installed it". Here is what is posted... What is "Risk-Free" shopping? Shopping Risk Free means shopping with peace of mind, knowing that you will get the experience you deserve. Risk Free shopping includes No Sales Tax¹ and Free Shipping², plus Free Returns³ ¹ No Sales Tax excludes items being shipped to NC, NJ, NY, and PA. ² Free Shipping applies to items over $49 in the contiguous United States for all Risk-Free brands. Free Shipping for brands not under the Risk-Free policy applies to all items over $49 able to be sent via UPS or FedEx in the contiguous United States. ³ Free Returns does not apply to items requiring shipment via a freight carrier. Excludes clearance and closeout items. So basically it is NOT risk free and now I am out around $400! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The customer service sucks!
