Wonderful service, he found replacement parts for our light. Very friendly. Will go back when I need new lighting.

It's hard sometimes to get good service, but not here. Ian was terrific to deal with, friendly, funny and a pleasure to deal with. I had an issue with a product, it was fixed immediately, and a new part was added. Wow! Congratulations, and thank you.

Great selection but expensive.

Called to get a light kit for my fan, spoke to Matt, called me back and told me he found one and assured me it worked for my model. We went there and the lady again assured us it was the right one, we then got the news from our licensed electrician (who was wiring our entire upstairs) that it was was not the right one. Came in and spoke to the manager (Ian) he then went on asking if our electrician came from the "penny pinchers" or "Kijiji" and told us I will refund even though it is right, asked to speak to the owner and he said "no, he's busy" Very poor customer service and a waste of time and money.
