A happy returning customer, bought all the lights for my first home from Lite mode . Lot to chose from both from design and price point .First time it was Sylvia who helped with the whole process and this time it was Ping who made this experience worth remembering . We also used the store recommended light fixtures installer Daniel , and it was a pleasure working with him and his helper buddy . For the second purchase we needed lights for the whole house around 40 + in number .Ping made sure they had everything in stock and available . The day when Daniel picked all the lights the boxes were marked with stickers and picture where the lights were supposed to go , very very thoughtful of her . the whole experience was stress free. The lights were of high quality and just what i was looking for .Constantly get compliments on them . Highly recommend the store to anyone looking for light fixtures . Thank you Lite mode .

A beautiful store but lacking in stock. Picked 3 lights I wanted, all had no stock. Employee did a good job explaining the timelines but I can’t wait around for it. For such a big store, one would think they would carry stock.

Been here a handful of times and Sylvia is hands down the best person to help you with all your lighting needs. She’s got a great eye and is extremely patient. She cares about the customer being happy and I will recommend her to everyone I know looking for lights! Thanks so much Sylvia!

After buying my first place and needing many light fixtures, Litemode was my second stop and was by far the easiest shopping experience ever. Sylvia was a great associate that assisted and guided me in the right direction to ensure that all the lights complimented each other. The selection is massive and Sylvia was amazing in helping me narrow it down; she is very knowledgable in both lighting design and electrical specs. After much online research I can confidently say that their prices are very competitive. This is definitely my go to store.
