I got a good deal on wood pellets. I had to wait for over 30 minutes but, one of the employees, Matt was really dedicated to finding where the pellets were and that I was looked after. Even though he was helping others he kept coming back and telling me he would help me and asking if I was looked after.

Interior staff is really lacking experience. I have had multiple experiences where they didn't know really basic things about their inventory, and treated me poorly. Outside, drive-through staff is excellent. They have been knowledgeable and helpful.

When I couldn't find an item one of the employees walking by that was helping another customer stopped and asked me if I needed help. Which is really impressive . I am the type to shop around for the best price and Kent's had the best price for what I was looking for

Always a large inventory, helpful staff and reasonable prices. Whether it's looking for the right aisle or the right product the staff always show an eagerness to help, and it doesn't take long to find staff.

Very neat and well organized. Inventory is immense if a little pricey.
