Worst wood quality I have ever seen, the wood is way too expensive. Their plank lays outside in the rain, its wet, curved, bent and cracked. I pulled a few planks out of the pile and found a nest of carpenter ants... Exactly what you want in your house... I do not recommand going there for wood !!!

We had a rough time getting a fire place that wasn't in store delivered to the store, we had paid a down payment on it, and it was supposed to be delivered to this store within a week. A few weeks passed, so we called and they had told us they would let us know when it was delivered, that was fine. Another week passed and we went in store and they looked it up and it didn't really say anything on our file, they called the store that it was being shipped from and we were told it was being shipped asap. Another couple weeks passed and I decided to email the manager directly. Ultimately the manager was amazing, she personally went to other store's and looked at the exact model we wanted, she had found one at one store with a small scratch and offered it to us for a fraction of the price, which we were thrilled about. When my husband went to pick it up from the store they had a brand new one for us, we ended up paying only half of what the fire place was marked as! We were very happy with our purchase, and have used them several times sense.

Staff are good. Quality is usually low. Price is usually high. Drive a few blocks further to the Corbett Center for better everything.
