We just remodeled our kitchen and went to Yale for our new appliances. We received excellent customer service. All our questions were answered and we made the choice of all Jenn Air appliances. A couple of months later the kick plate on the dishwasher kept popping out. They came out and replaced it with no problems. Come to find out the screws were loose (the kitchen contractor installed it). We’ve used Yale for all our appliances over the past 30 years. Any time we needed service they were right there. Always professional and always just a call away. I would definitely recommend Yale for all appliances needs, whether it be new appliances or service on your existing appliances.

I had watched, and read, several of their appliance reviews online researching appliances for my new kitchen. My husband and I were visiting the cape and decided to run up to Yale. Glad we did! We narrowed down the choices for our new home, lights, appliances, faucets. We ended up purchasing a Wolf dual fuel range. Stan our salesman was great. He went over the features and the sale went smoothly. We even received a credit for lights, which we used for our new kitchen. There was a chef in that day and we spent over an hour just learning to cook. All in all we were in the store for almost 3 hours. Food was so good we never went to lunch! Range was delivered on time. No issues.

Totally excellent experience! Ordered online, over a holiday weekend and the grill was sitting in my yard that Tuesday and ready to use! Representatives from the store were helpful, timely and super kind while setting up a delivery date, as were the delivery guys that assembled, took the old one away and cleaned the new one for us. Awesome experience- would TOTALLY recommend if you’re looking for a no fuss, no haste company who is efficient.

When I initially called Yale to schedule an appointment I spoke with a lovely young woman who was quite helpful and cheerful. The tech (Nilton) was great! He arrived exactly when they said he would. He was polite and considerate upon entering my home. He asked great questions and fully listened without interrupting or turning away. After the initial issue was resolved he showed genuine interest about the other appliances. He offered suggestions about care and maintenance without coming across as pushy or arrogant. He was pleasant and affable and I would highly recommend their repair services.
