Great selection and even better service!

Great unique selection. Great value for your money with high end fixtures

Aug 31, 2015
I ordered multiple lights and fans from Charleston lighting last year. I have now moved out of state and I wanted to look similar lights by the same manufacturer's. However when I called they were extremely rude to me and refused to give me the product name or manufacturer name of the products I ordered. I was told my only option was to re-order the exact product and have it shipped to me. I don't even want the exact products, I just wanted to look at other options in that same product line. The customer service was extremely poor. I would've considered ordering other products from them and having it shipped, but there is no way they will get my repeat business now.

I purchased multiple lighting fixtures and all had to be ordered, as they keep nothing in stock. I was told they do not take Discover card so my options were cash . I ended up paying half cash and half by a later approved personal check. (they explained, WE DON'T TAKE CHECKS") I returned 2 bathroom fixtures and the sales staff explained because I paid cash they cannot give me cash back!! Its been weeks and I still haven't received my money in any form back! What's that all about?
