The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable when assistance is required. My main complaint is that when pricing out materials for a recent job there was a $2000 difference between their quote and a competitors for the same list. This was more than a 20% difference and I really can't see what would justify that in the same market.

Nice quick service with a smile. Would probably give them 5 stars but I only needed a key cut.

Always good service but for a S Ontario boy the prices are much higher than home. Understandable they come 1500 km at least by truck.

Staff there is always so helpful, especially Ashley.

Shelves not stocked, prices too high, most staff have no knowledge, never seems to be open. I made an order, paid upfront, it missed the next two trucks.
