The staff members at this store are very friendly and helpful. I think they had some "growing pains" with the renovations, but they seemed to have worked out the kinks now. I love that this is a pet friendly store and I've been shopping there more often since learning that (even when I don't have my doggo with me). That in itself makes me want to support the business. The new owner, Mike, doesn't seem to mind working the front lines (wish more management did this) and he also generously donated to the non-profit I work for last year. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I've had some issues with their auto service, but I'm willing to look past that since the rest of the store seems so great.

Not a fully stocked store due to limited space but good service and helpful, friendly staff.

What an awesome automotive service department they have. Booked my mother’s car in for an out of province safety check and everything went smoothly. Had a dented rim which they informed me right away and ordered it. Brought the car back for the rim and technician saw the new license plate on the seat and asked if I would like it installed. WOW, in Cold Lake, Alberta the technician would have just ignored that because it wasn’t on the work order. Five Stars to the service department and that young man in the paint department who help me find a lot of things. I only gave an overall 4 stars because I didn’t enjoy waiting in line up with 11 people in front of me just to get the washroom key. We should send our manager to your store for training.
