Service in the store section was terrible , one star at best but the 2 people in the lumber yard were great and brought my rating up to 3 stars. The people in the store ignored me until I had them page someone. Then one of the people who ignored me came to help me.

I would give them a 5 , but remember years ago when the disrespect shown by a employee who still works for the new owners is vivid yet... other than that , great store.

Selection is decent. Probably the best straight ahead hard ware store in town. Good quality products like DeWalt. If you need more selection you'll have to go out to Burnside or Dartmouth crossing. Or bayers lake

Good parking, and accommodating staff. The only problem is the small location, so overall stock is limited.
