So I have to put this out there becuase I am blown away by the customer service I have received from hometown furniture. So when I bought my mini home I went out looking for some furniture to fill it. My daughter and I found a nice small black sectional coach that we both loved and it matched the living room perfectly! Well it wasn't long after that my coach started to bend along the base of it. I contacted hometown furniture about this all I did was send pictures to show him and 2 weeks later I got a brand new coach. So I bring the new coach home. Later that night the coach started doing the same thing as the first one. So I contacted hometown furniture again. This time I was provided with a different coach at no extra cost. Needless to say yes I might have had an issue with the coach the first two times I brought it home but in the end of it all the service I was provided about returning the coach and offered a different coach that fit my family better made it worth it. I highly recommend hometown furniture to people for all your furnishing needs. I have never received service like this from a furniture store ever!! 10/10 by far!!
