Staff is very knowledgeable, all have a general knowledge on everything and then each with their own expertise. Good everyday prices!

GREAT building supply place. This is the company that pioneered customer service in the Annapolis Valley more than 40 years ago. 5 stars

The only reason I put one star on this rating is because it won't let me rate you without putting it there... also the staff we're absolutely delightful.... after asking a few friends of mine I heard that going to some wood Lots sometimes you can ask if they have anything they no longer want to sell that they're giving away... I happen to stumble upon this particular Rona Cash and Carry Middleton..... which both very polite employees pointed me to all the old rotten misshapen wood and shavings in the back and said here you can have this for free it's going to the dump anyway... I pointed in the back and said all of this?... which I was then told yes again...... me and my boyfriend then picked out some pieces and decided to come back a day or two latter... I asked my friend my to help and we took time off today and went back....we were then approached by another two employees which also said no problem!😀 after some time we were about to go then approached by another gentlemen... " THE MAN " as he so called himself then proceeded to tell us that we had to put it all back or pay for it because he could still make money off of it... let me just say I'm very disappointed in your lack of empathy and I pity your employees who are only trying to be nice people and save your business money by not having to pay somebody to get rid of your garbage.....
