Wonderful people and customer service here. We purchased three pendants and they weren't in stock so they had to be shipped from the manufacturer. When we received them one was broken so we called and living lighting was right on the case. The next day they said they were going to have it replaced. When we got it, it was different (of no fault of living lighting), and again got on the horn to have it rectified. We finally have all matching and working pendants, and thank living lighting for doing everything in their power to make it right.

Don't spend months and months looking online for the perfect light fixture. Come to this store. Their purchasing team has amazing taste and I am sure you will find something that you like for a good price. Their customer service skills are amazing! Give it a go!

I went to Bergsma's because not everyone mixes Farrow and Ball colours. I was there for almost 30 minutes discussing paint with the sales lady. I showed her the pictures of the cabinets, the floors, backsplash etc. for my extensive kitchen reno and asked for the best kitchen wall paint that would stand up to a lot of scrubbing and wear etc. I had to keep bringing her back to topic she kept going into great detail about other things that had nothing to do with the best paint to use. I was getting frustrated and finally I asked if it was going to be a problem to mix the paint because I was getting the feeling she was trying to talk me out of the sale. Last night we were ready to paint the kitchen and I was having difficulty with the paint. It turns out she sold me a can of cabinet and trim paint for my walls. Now I have to go back to Georgetown and see how I can fix this.
