Poor customer service! I walked in, walked about the store, sat on several sofas, but not once did someone ask if I required assistance. There were two sales associates in the store and one was helping another couple and I was the only other customer in the store. The location at Bayview Village always had the best service!

Overly priced. Although beautiful furniture, too bulky and not anything with much originality. Same year after year, collection after collection.

Hit or miss. Expensive for small stuff like accessories and rugs. Armoires and leather furniture have decent prices.

Love that we have the outlet close by. Alot better pricing... for restoration hardware!

Long drive from Toronto. Selection poor and uninspiring. Prices through the roof! Restoration Hardware Yorkdale still has better prices and a superior selection. Save yourself the trip to the Outlet. Simply not worth it.
