The Cafe is really nice (5 stars for atmosphere and decor). The food and service itself in not worth 5 stars, it's not bad but it's not the best. I haven't bought any furniture from the store so I don't know anything about the experience from the furniture purchasing side. I will say, I walked through the furniture store on all the levels and they have really nice furniture. It looked like good quality.

Don't make a deal with the devil!! Avoid avoid avoid!!! When you first visit this store, it is like a home design wonderland. The showroom is beyond stunning, and the experience of shopping was magical (lots of displays, all sorts of wood and fabric choices for furniture materials, liquid smooth checkout process). It's easy to be lured by the call of the sirens! 😋 But that's where the magic ends... I wanted to post this review so others avoid our mistakes. The furniture that arrives does not match the quality of the showroom pieces – not even close! They are poorly made with many problems (sloppy painting, crooked assembly, missing hardware, etc). The store's customer service is a nightmare to deal with! After nearly half a year of pestering the customer service team at least once a week, we finally got a half-assed resolution to our problems. At first, the only solution was to replace our furniture (a $10k piece that was extremely large) but be faced with fees upon fees because these guys are US based so there are exchange and delivery fees. Finally, we got a discount but are left with the same junk the originally delivered. We kept it because it was the best we could do, and after they wore us down over months of being impossible to work with, we just gave up, took the discount, and kept the piece as it was already moved in (three times! long story...). It wasn't worth the stress! Furthermore, customer service sometimes lies about store policies and their story will change from phone call to phone call. No integrity or honesty. Be prepared to scream into a pillow after dealing with them. For the record, our experience at the cafe was wonderful and we had 2 lovely meals during our visit. TL;DR: This place is dishonest, displays the best pieces then sends you junk, and has a terrible customer service team that is impossible to work with. Avoid!!!

Expensive, about $10 for a small bottle of juice. I do like the service and sitting at the table for brunch I was quite comfortable. For $25 I got a smoked salmon sandwich which was delicious. Probably won't eat there again unless it's a special occasion.

I came in here back in March 2. There was a mix-up between my orders and it was not done properly. Fortunately, the person in-charge of the dining floor that day was wonderful and resolved my issue appropriately. He was great, he had his hair tied back. - Unfortunately I forgot his name but thank you for that guy! I hope you continue to treat your customers that well.

Special ordered a set of armchairs back in December and was assured it would be done by the vendor and delivered by the end of March. I had to place a 50% deposit over the phone with a credit card. Knowing Restoration Hardware's reputation, I trusted them so the 50% deposit was not a big deal. I received an email yesterday saying my order is estimated to be delivered by May without a guarantee. A full 3 months after I placed an order I get notified of this delay just now??? It took a few hours by phone to get a hold of customer service to cancel and refund my deposit only to be told that it is non-refundable... After a few discussions escalating to the supervisor, I was told they will cancel it with the vendor but they can't guarantee that the vendor will accept the cancellation. VERY unprofessional. How do you expect to keep my money when the order has not been fulfilled? I will not be buying from them ever again!
