Paul, Lois, and Dale were awesome to stay 20 minutes past closing to help me find my plumbing fittings. Never did they make me feel that I was holding them up, they just wanted to make sure I was well taken care of. Thanks for that level of service, it's much appreciated.

Very helpful Staff. Great selection. A little more expensive than some big box building centers but usually have great sales.

If your a visible ethnic minority’ don’t shop at Carleton Place location. It took two clerks to serve one person as I waited in line. Second clerk helping looked at me waiting an carries on making me wait. I step three feet away from check out line to browse front counter specials and a caucasian customer shows up and stands in my spot. All of a sudden the second clerk see’s him waiting and immediately goes over to her cash register and cashes him out. Why did I not get the same attention? I left my stuff at the front went across the street to Home Depot and was greeted and checked out by the most friendliest staff. Never will I shop at that Rona.

I was there on Saturday around noon shopping for paint. Great service. I returned Sunday 4pmish to get more paint. Nobody at the paint counter. I had the cashier page somebody, a minute later somebody arrived only to ask if I needed help. Itold him what I needed. He said he would need to page somebody simce he knew notging about paint. Another minute went by and a clerk arrives asking how he can hel me. He repmied that he would have to find somebody who knew how to mix paint. Finally somebody came over. He could mix the paint. Funny thing was that when I told him we were painting new drywall he proceeded to tell me The paint I was getting was so good that I need not prime the drywall first. I told him that was odd since the clerk on Saturday highly reccomended priming first. The safe advice a professional painter gave me. I this Rona hit and miss when one needs staff and for advice.
