Isabella I believe is the managers name. What a horrible witch of a lady. I'm not an electrician, but I knew exactly what I needed. After going to four other supply companies in Belleville (all very helpful and letting me know which of their competition to check out since they didn't have the item in stock), I ended up here. I very specifically asked for an exterior, 200amp disconnect. Simple. She had told me she had it and sold it to me with some fuses. I didn't bother to look in the box, but when the electrician did he said "that's an interior disconnect, not exterior". Upon returning the item, due to no fault of my own, she greeted me not with a hello or any type of normal customer service. What she did say was "shop at Home Depot from now on, you're not an electrician". That's all she said to me during the return/refund. Keep in mind, the only reason I was there again was because of her error. It was a 2 hour round trip for me to go there. There are many, many other options in Belleville and area for electrical supply. Every single other one was awesome, super-friendly and more than willing to help me out. Avoid this place like the plague. Just simple decency goes a long way, and this lady has none whatsoever. She'll be glad to look down her nose at you and treat you like dirt though, especially if you're not a pro as in my case. I'm livid again just thinking about the experience there.
