Never been disappointed going to this store always pleasant and helpful. Have had everything I needed. In the off chance they don't have it will spend some time looking into finding what I need and always call back. Thanks Dan

I purchased lights over a year ago when we renovated our bathroom. The lights were beautiful and worked fine. However, just recently we noticed that a screw had fallen out and the piece holding the bulb had dropped down. Upon inspection we noticed the ceramic piece holding the bulb was faulty and we could not put the screw back in. I called Irene at Electrolight and explained and asked if she would assist in getting a replacement piece. She ask if I could bring the light in. I did and when she looked at it - she simply gave me a new light. I cannot tell you how pleased I was and appreciative of the great customer service. We have purchased several lights there in the past and should we need to upgrade our lights in the future - Electrolight will be the first place we go to.

The owner was a little rude when I was asking about prices. I was trying to find the right style while staying within my budget and she basically told me that I shouldn't be looking at high end models if I was going to be stingy. I mentioned that I had seen similar models at another lighting store with more reasonable prices, and she started badmouthing the other store, saying they probably had a cheap knock-off. Although some of the lighting at this store was decent, I will not shop here simply because of the poor customer service.
