Great design!

I like the fixtures and products, but my first order took over six months, instead of the four weeks promised, and no one was sure when they'd be able to get the product to me, and I was not able to cancel the order at that point. Later, a few of the bulbs I ordered were discovered to be defective. One blew out of my fixture and flew across the room. I called them and replaced it after it happened. They didn't really bat an eye when I told them about it. Now that there are 2 others, I'm asking if anything could be done to compensate me. I understand that a person can get a bat batch, but they did'nt offer any credit toward new bulbs. That bulb has been discontinued, but I'd like to replace it with the equivalent. [These are all $30-40 bulbs]. At first they said it could be the fixture [one of their fixtures] and then possibly the wiring. Both have been checked by an Electrician, and I have had no further problems with them. The other bulbs that flicker do so at other houses in other fixtures I try them in. They suggested not to buy LED bulbs anymore, and then they suggested to buy all my bulbs at a box store, where the product can be guaranteed. They said if they send me a bad product, there isn't anything they can do. So... letting everyone know not to buy bulbs from schoolhouse electric, by their own advice.

Once in a while, you encounter a shop with such a thoughtful curated collection of quality products that you find yourself visiting every few weeks just to see what's new.

Have bought several lighting fixtures here, and we always get great compliments on them. Their service is stellar and they are also patient during the selection process.
