I bought all my fixtures here. New build. Fixtures were no more no less than any other source and I investigated. I changed my mind I don't even want to admit how many times I swapped out many. Andrea never lost her patience but I will bet she was glad when my new build was done. I have the most beautiful fixtures in all of Windsor in every room. Beyond happy with my homes jewellery. Many thanks to Andrea. And thank you for all your suggestions and insight.

Nothing but great experiences here. My wife and I visit the Lighting Boutique for all of our lighting needs because it is the best place to go when in search of finding something. We have worked with a number of the Lighting Specialists there and each one of them were not only kind, but also very helpful, knowledgeable and patient during the stages of finding something that will suit all our lighting needs within our budget. I personally recommend going in and taking a look.

Prices are not the best, customer service depends on who are you talking to, they have tons of lamps to choose from. If you find a better price you can ask to match it. always try to get a better price.

I was referred to the Lighting Boutique (Factory Appliance) for service on my refrigerator. After the initial service call that took 2 weeks, an additional week to have the final diagnostic completed,. Since the final diagnostic, it has been two additional weeks waiting for someone to call me back. Every attempt I have made to contact them, I was re-directed to voice mail and no one has called me back. I have now been without a working refrigerator for over 5 weeks and still no closer to getting it repaired. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service of this company and would not recommend them to anyone! Poor communication. and customer service! A simple explanation and returned call would go a long way. Extremely disappointed.
