Very impressed with level of service, and patience I received from Boyd. I am in the attempt/process of building a bar and he took the time to help me solve two separate issue I was facing and guided me in the right direction to get all the proper materials and supplies needed for completion. He didn't make me feel rushed, or belittled as I have zero experience with carpentry; just attempting this one job. If he didn't know the answer he asked Ralph, who also helped. Very rare to find staff who takes the extra mile, and who actually cares. Thank you VERY MUCH Boyd (and Ralph)

Great store great staff, CLOSED SUNDAY !!??? CLOSED EARLY MOST DAYS??!!?! I As a "home owner" I do most of my housework on SUNDAY or in the evening. Angus is a town of people who work in different cities in southern Ontario. If the establishment is closed before they get home or on Sundays then they are forced to shop elsewhere which consists of driving to a different town . Advice: Open on Sundays it will be your most profitable day of the week.

They are the BEST STAFF for knowledge, service and pricing. We wish the staff a Very Merry Christmas and a Very Happy New Year.

Great service from staff but poor selection and very poor hours. The store is run down and looks chaotic and messy.

Always out of stock or low stock. Very little selection compared to other home hardware stores.
