Amanda was really helpful, we really wanted the screened umbrella on the floor, but it was sold out. She went in the back and found a grey screened umbrella, as opposed to the red coloured unbrella on the floor. She put the umbrella on hold for us, as our car was too small and we returned with our other car. Great umbrella keeps the bug away from us, when we’re in the hottub. Great price and great help, Thanks Amanda :)

IKnow There is a shortage of good staff Everywhere, but I would suggest to the management to have as a rule to have employees with their boots laces. Will not make them more efficient but at least Will look better. I was looking for wood shingles, (shims) need 3 persons to confirm they were out! Management should be on the floor to get Them going... The employee at the outsider Lumber yard was good and efficient.

Super nice staff! Really nice girl helped us last time. Too bad this is the only RONA around now it's a bit further. Lots of items.

Still have good prices. I find their stores aren't always clean and organized. I thought they were all changing to Lowe's, which is cleaner and more organized, generally, but more expensive.

a few days ago I bought a very expensive patio set from Rona. They had a promotion on where you got 10% back in gift cards which I received. Somewhere between the store and my vehicle I must have dropped the card and didn't realise until I was home in Guelph (My fault, I acknowledge that) however since it was so soon after and I had all the receipts including the card number on it I thought I'd try my luck. So I drove 20 mins back to the store. I spoke to a lovely young lady at the service desk who called who I presume to be a manager. The manager told her to take a photocopy of the receipts and get my name and phone number and this "manager" would call me later after contacting the card company. That phone call never came, even to tell me that there wasn't anything that could be done. Unacceptable. I just spent over $1500.00 in your store and that didn't even rate a phone call. I work in customer service for over 15 years so I know what is expected and this is some of the worst I've ever had. Again I'm not upset about the gift card going missing, my fault...I know. But to say you're going to do something and not do it is very poor customer service and this "manager" Isn't managing a thing.
