Usually this store is pretty good, but a weekend trip to the paint counter during a paint sale and nobody to serve you. I was second in line, a person waiting ahead of me, kept looking for someone to assist, she was waiting quite awhile. I decided to go to Customer Service the desk is right across from the paint counter, they did call for someone to help. It took them at least another 5 minutes to come, but, the lady ahead of me finally left and she was annoyed and I really don't blame her, I almost left as well and I did tell the clerk that they lost a customer. When I finally did get service it was good, however, if the store is having a paint sale they should have anticipated additional shoppers in the paint section and should have had more employees available to help out.

Terrible customer service. Bought several items for our home renovation. -Vanity marble top was cracked. -Faucet not the same as shown on box (department manager accused me of switching faucets then re-taping the box!). -Curved shower rod broken. Got refund. Return clerk said he will not bend over for me again. (He recognized me from my earlier return) I will not shop at Home Depot again!

Marilyn and Serge were fabulous. Bought a washer and it was the easiest big appliance purchase I've ever made. No pressure and they got me a fantastic price. I will forever buy my appliances at Home Depot. Thank you!

We went in for a few major appliances. Very helpful staff, no pressure to buy. Generally good prices. My only complaint was the low amount of gas ranges on display. With the HD website open on my phone at the same time, we could read reviews and make comparisons in real time.
