3 TIMES, I found some items on sale at the on-line and 2 times I went this store and they said they had no stock. Even though I showed them their web site (on my phone) that said they had a lot of stocks at there. They said On-line's stock was not right, and their office guys who made sales item that week, did not know what they had. The last weekend I found very good deal at the online for something and I ordered them at the online for pick-up option after checking the stocks at this location. But the same thing happened. They canceled my order, so I called at this location and asked why. I had the same answer!!! WHAT A GREAT INVENTORY SYSTEM!!! TO THE OFFICE GUYS, DO NOT SELECT ON_SALE ITEM at ONLINE before you check the real stock quantity by yourself!

Me: I'd like to buy .... Customer service: We have it at the store but it's under many boxes right now. You can pay now and pick it up later. When would you like to come back to pick it up? Me: tomorrow is fine. Customer: okay, I'll put down the 30th (8 days away) but they'll call you sooner. Me: can you put down tomorrow's date Customer service: they will call you before the 30th for sure! Me: fine... It's been 7 days. NOTHING! AND THIS IS FOR AN ITEM THEY HAD AT THE STORE WHILE I WAS THERE! Don't waste your time here.

I had never been to this Rona location before, but my husband and I had a wonderful shopping experience there! Calvin was extremely friendly and knew his stuff. I don't often write reviews, but felt compelled to because the service I received today was excellent. Keep up the good work, Calvin!

Great place to go if you want someone who knows what they are talking about. The staff is friendly and ready to help you with your project. We went in today after looking for wood counters and when the first person couldn’t help they walked us over to someone who could. We talked to five people in the different departments and every one of them was friendly and ready to help us complete or project!
