I have only shopped at Urban Barn a handful of times and each time has been second to none. Excellent customer service, great quality products. I love that they always have some funky new items when I go in. Great store to shop at for home decor.

I saw an item on their website so I went to one of their outlets to "see" it for real. What I was looking for wasn't visible in that location. The store wad well laid out and brightly lit. Staff to customers % was good. Large free parking available outside the front door suitable for a big box plaza like that. However prices seemed high to me for what I was looking for.

Loved the product but instead of the promised 2-3 week delivery it took almost 7 weeks to get both chairs that apparently were in stock.

First time I was ever in Urban Barn and I love it!!! The decor is modern with a rustic flare. We were on a hunt for galvanized tin/rustic decor for our daughter-in-law. Not only did we pick up her Christmas gifts we also bought her birthday gifts. I also scored a gift for our "family gift" exchange. Their prices as pretty good, depending on what you are looking for. The stuff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. I cannot wait to introduce the store to my daughter-in-law...but that will have to wait until after Christmas so she doesn't buy what I got her for Christmas. I will be back ladies!!!

The staff were so helpful! Gave me space to look around and were available when I needed them. Pleasant experience!. Love my new purchases.
