No questions asked on my receipted refund for an item. Was looking for 16' Cedar deck boards and they had many available. I was able to look them over and choose each one individually. They helped me load them in the car and stapled a flag on the ones beyond my car trunk. Thanks!

This is the best urban hardware store in KW. It's a great place to get lumber and really handy that they'll do all your cuts for you. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly - much better than those box store home reno places. If you can get it here, it's an overall better shopping experience.

This is the gold standard for hardware stores. The service, selection and conditions at this place are all consistently top-notch. The best. Don't ever change.

I cant speak for this place as a whole, but the man in customer service was a huge prick. With every question i got a snark look and simply rude. I had over 150 linear feet of fence to buy 6x6 posts 1 foot latice all round about 25 6 foot panels of fence plus a gate. He wouldnt help me come up with a list of materials i would need. I thought this place was "home owners helping home owners " ya right all i know is i had well over 4 grand worth a lumber to buy and u wont be getting it from there.
