I am rating the 3 gentlemen who installed carpet a 5.. they are so professional and friendly! The sales and project planning team however would get a 3.. they quoted to have the floor boards fixed included in the price and didn't actually include anything. This is now delaying the installation and they still haven't called us to inform us of any sort of resolution. Not the greatest customer service at all. Again though the actual carpenters installing carpet are genuinely the nicest guys in the world. Thanks a lot guys !!

This is a decent location in the south end of town near the 400 and Mapleview Drive, and may have been Barrie's very firest 'big box' store. Have been shopping here for a few years now. As with all Home Depots, well organised, clean, and helpful staff.

waiting to get a product that they only stock on the second level.. and there is no one in the store qualified to get it down girl at customer service was obviously put off that I needed assistance. After 20 minutes someone finally came with a forklift. The service in this store has significantly deteriorated in the last couple of years. Don't think I will be back

If you need lumber, there is a wide selection. The ACTUAL Canadian staff is very helpful - however; they DO employ an aggressive private security company (in barrie ontario) so if you fit a profile you may be harassed.. and home depot can claim ignorance. Having spent thousands there as a "pro client", I expected more from the staff as far as backup. But we were simply dismissed as losers. This all comes as no real surprise as home depot supports the filth that is Donald trump.

Can't find a sales rep in store and when you call you get bounced around from department to department. I've been on hold for over 20 minutes trying to order a product. Since the minimum wage went up a lot of stores seem to have cut back on staff making the customer service and shopping experience very frustrating.
