Don't waste you time. As a contractor, I found the plumbing and electrical dept. to be lacking in the most basic supplies, the tools are mostly cheap Chinese products, the lumber yard is slow and often out of stock in popular lumber, and they almost only have one cashier with long line ups. You will be very disappointed, and will end up having to go to Home Depot , Lowe's or Rona anyway for the rest of what you need. More of a seller of housewares that a "Hardware" store.

Cashier was friendly. Staff was friendly but unknowledgable. I called before going in about a product, they quoted me the price and the product. An hour later I went to the store to find out the price was more then expected and the price they quoted me on was for a different product. Will change my rating if someone contacts me and it conversation ends well with a good resolution or apology
