I don't mind waiting in line if the person being served was in the store. Two of us and a sales clerk waiting for the manager to talk to customer on phone about a purchase they made online. Two or three sales persons walking around the store and only one register open. I wanted to place an order for two accent chairs and side table. I waited 10 minutes at register before I left. I would rather spend my money at a store where I was appreciated.

The staff in the store were great. They were friendly and helpful on my purchase of five new kitchen table chairs. They told me that there chairs were super quick to shop and there was no back orders etc. through pier 1. Well, it's been three months and I still only have two out of three chairs. The calls from Pier 1 have stopped notifying me of their progress. I have called multiple times and still no luck. I understood that through the Xmas holiday season things may be slower but I expected by the end of March that I would have had my proud t for at least 8 weeks. Needless to say I do not suggest this location to anyone nor do I suggest purchasing any chairs from any Pier 1 location as they all shop from the same location in Baltimore.
