Terrible service and pricing. I returned items as I found them at a 50% lower cost in home hardware. I told the woman at customer service the reason for returning and she was clearly uninterested as she completely ignored me! Try elsewhere for a good service.

Pretty good store overall. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not as much selection as their London stores, but enough to do majority of projects and household chores.

Rona is typically more expensive than Home Hardware here in St Thomas. They do however sell certain specialty items that Home Hardware does not sell. On everyday items I don't find their prices very competitive. They do however carry a large selection of economy ceramic tiles if you're looking to do some tile work on a tight budget. And if you watch their sales they often have good sales on higher end bathroom fixtures.

Good experiences here overall. Staff are helpful and responsive. Prices bit steep but regular sales mean you can usually get what you need st a reasonable rate if you can wait.

Ordering the deck with composite first person was helpful and informative. We are at costomer service desk not the contractor desk. The next two workers where unhelpful and not knowledgeable didn't know what a skirt board was. Will be spending renovation money somewhere else.
